1. Data we process
COGNEXOR processes contact details, engagement context and intelligence inputs voluntarily provided by Clients, together with information lawfully sourced from open environments during analysis.
2. Purpose and legal basis
Personal data is processed to perform the engagement requested by the Client, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of the Firm's legitimate interest in delivering intelligence and advisory services.
3. Storage and retention
Data is held on access-controlled systems within the European Economic Area. Mandate records are retained for the duration required by professional, legal and regulatory obligations and are then securely destroyed.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Disclosure to processors, counsel or authorities occurs only where required by law or by the engagement letter.
5. Rights of data subjects
Where applicable law provides them, data subjects may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability by writing to contact@cognexor.com. Requests are reviewed against the Firm's legal and contractual obligations.
6. Security
All deliverables are transmitted through token-protected secure channels. Internal access follows a need-to-know principle with audit logging.
